Memorialization
Shaping a culture of remembrance through memorial spaces, rituals, and artistic projects.
Memorialization brings together the memorial and arts departments. The memorial department works to shape a modern culture of remembrance by integrating art, architecture, ritual, and public memory. It develops concepts for memorial spaces, monuments, and museum exhibitions. The arts department creates artistic projects, exhibitions, workshops, and art therapy programs that document the experience of war and build a visual archive.
