Representing Ukraine internationally through culture and art.
The International Department is responsible for international engagement and cultural diplomacy: representing the Defense Forces at international political, security, and cultural platforms; conducting advocacy campaigns; supporting foreign delegations in Ukraine; and building a network of international partners. It conducts cultural diplomacy missions abroad, prepares official materials in foreign languages, and manages international crisis communications.
