As of March 2026, more than 53,000 books had been delivered to the front line. We work on this project around the clock. In 2025 alone, Cultural Forces provided Ukraine’s defenders with more than 18,000 books.
Over 130 military units, as well as dozens of hospitals and rehabilitation centers, have received something that helps service members hold on to their sense of self: an opportunity to switch off for a while, continue learning, and support their psychological recovery. From the trenches to training programs abroad, your books have reached the people who were genuinely waiting for them.
A collection point — from here the books travel to units and hospitals.
We continue to work with publishers, bookstores, authors, and military units that send us requests. We are also developing a new way to deliver books to service members: a network of small libraries in hospitals and rehabilitation centers. These libraries will allow personnel undergoing treatment to spend their time with quality reading material, acquire practical knowledge, or immerse themselves in the imaginary worlds of fiction.
