The public event “Cultural Shield — From Ukraine to Finland,” meetings with Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs and security institutions, participation in the Oddfest festival, studio work, and community and media engagement.
The mission presents the Cultural Shield concept — culture as an instrument of comprehensive security, cognitive defense, and psychological resilience — and builds partnerships with Finnish state, security, academic, and cultural institutions. The program covered a public event for approximately 100 invited guests, studio work, and community and media engagement. Contacts included Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of Ukraine, and the National Defence University.
