Working with the well-known chef Valentyn Braichuk, the education department is creating a series of special cookbooks. The first will contain recipes that children can use to cook something for parents or other family members returning home from service, along with accompanying stories. The second will be devoted to preserving family memory, telling the stories of the heroes of this war through the traditional recipes of their families.
