Six concerts and meetings with representatives of the Alliance’s military and political institutions. For the first time in NATO’s history, the anthem of a non-member country was performed.
The events aimed to establish direct contacts with representatives of NATO’s military and political institutions through cultural diplomacy, and to advance the Ukrainian agenda in an environment where decisions on European security are made. Six concerts and meetings were held. For the first time in the Alliance’s history, the anthem of a non-member country — Ukraine — was performed. The events contributed to a vote by the heads of the national reserve officer associations of NATO countries in favor of associate membership for Ukraine.
